TERMS OF SERVICE

Risk Lab Members is an educational trading-journal and analytics service. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Education only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a trade recommendation, or a solicitation. All trading decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own responsibility. No copy-trading is offered or permitted.

Membership. Paid membership grants access for the period purchased. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Access ends when a membership period (plus its grace window) expires.

Your data. Your journal, playbooks, plans and uploaded charts belong to you. They are stored to provide the service and are not sold. You can delete your content at any time.

Acceptable use. One account per person. Do not attempt to access other members' data, abuse rate limits, or resell access.

Lab Points. An optional rewards program joined by acknowledging its terms on the points page. Points have zero cash value, are not transferable, are for use inside the lab only, and the program can change or end at any time.

Referral discount. Members who refer other members may receive a discount on their own membership, sized by how many referred members hold an active membership. Recomputed at every payment; crypto payments only; never combines with other discounts; zero cash value.

Referral payouts (application program). Members accepted into the payout program receive a share of payments made by members they referred beyond their fourth active referral, accrued after a hold period and paid in USDC on Base once a minimum balance is reached. Acceptance is discretionary and conditional on a code of conduct.

No warranties. The service, including automated chart analysis and statistics, is provided as-is; analytics can be wrong and past results never guarantee future ones.
